I can't play online matches

Okay to be frank this started 1 month ago After a skill game or a match or any x thing where we play after the game/skill game the continue button comes and it always shows server lost connection and a retry button which is of no use even if we press retry button 100 times it shows the same thing 

Second thing anything which is online like H2H VSA or a even match against friends it won't work, like whenever I press play it shows searching for match and it never stops. For the pitch beats event (jazz),I was forced to play the match against bots as the others weren't working 

I got so mad of this issue I deleted ND reinstalled the game and everything was working and I was happy but after 2 days the same issue repeated 

I request EA people to fix this asap as I need to play H2H in the new event TOTS
