I couldnt get rewards I spent 1000 fc points on two of the 102-105 UCL offers and got 105 pedri and 105 allison. I got the star pass and all my rewards at the same time recieved all the players sold...

If you are missing content you need to raise a ticket with the helpdesk via the in-game menu and tell them you are missing paid-for content. EA helpdesk should be able to see what happened in the logs.
