I have this same problem.
Have tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling the game. The customer service keeps recommending routine troubleshooting that gets me nowhere

Yes I am using an Android device.
And yes I have cleared bother the app and device caches to no avail

I have gone as far as installing the game on two different new devices.
