Hey folks,
If a code isn't redeeming for you, could you make sure you're signed in with the same EA Account that’s linked to your FC Mobile game?
Also, it's important to know that codes have usage limits; most codes can’t be used more than once on the same account. So this might pop up if you already redeemed it once before (if you are clicking 'redeem' rapidly). Just in case you've already redeemed it, open your in-game inbox within FC Mobile to check and claim your reward. It may take a few minutes for your reward to appear.
Failing that, could you pop up a screenshot of the error message you see when you try? Is it the same error message each time?
