Joystick and sprint button auto-toggle

The joystick and sprint button is still auto-toggling on in my games which means it's remaining on sometimes even when my hand is off it. Joystick gets stuck to one place and sprint is always on. Ea has reached out to me to clear cache and check display settings but nothing seems to work. All my friends with good different screen qualities face this issue so it's definetly an in game issue. Whoever also has this problem please reply to this forum to help fix this. It's preventing me from reaching fc champion and is an huge issue. I would greatly appreciate if this is fixed soon it disallows even other buttons from functioning normally especially when I am playing 3 finger. I thank ea for fixing the h2h disconnect bug by not making us lose any cups when it happens but this is another major issue that needs to be fixed by code.
