Kicked out of match before trying to load match

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally
What happens when the bug occurs? I click to play a match, I get a searching for match message and then it's replaced with Matchmaking is unavailable. Matchmaking is then blocked for the duration of a game that it never tried to load. Then I get a message in my inbox that the match with so and so has ended.
