My current account "DeathGod" is linked with my facebook as well as my EA account. But still I'm unable to login in the webstore. Also I can't redeem the codes

Sounds super frustrating like when accountants for the entertainment industry deal with platform glitches. EA Support might need to unlink and relink manually; only they could fix it for me.
