How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen freezes and the match is progressing in the background but nothing can be done as the screen is frozen on the loading screen
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 18:25PM

On Android - go to device settings and clear caches before playing the game
On iPhone - if it starts happening then force close the app after each session, it it continues to happen then force close the app and restart the device.
