What happens when the bug occurs? I lost all my players outside my playing 11 whilst doing an Heros Exchange. This includes 4 Dudeks, 92 Owen, 94 Zidane, 95 Ramires and many others. These players disappeared whilst selecting players for Voller exchange despite these players not being selected in the Voller exchange. Sometimes players are shown as 'used in other conditions' despite not being selected for anything and then they disappear. Bought many players from the store for the exchange and used these players which were bought. Despite selecting players specifically bought for the exchange, others high ranked players not selected also disappear after the exchange. Yes i did quick add but that was only AFTER selecting the players i wanted to add. Also checked the players selected AFTER doing quack add to make sure no mistake. So players bought and selected for the exchange are also used and other players who were already part of squad and NOT selected also dissaper. This happened 2 days ago during Voller exchange. Afterwards was left with ONLY Voller and players in the current 11.

@zx3vmftxyk6u For most of the exchanges there are two rows of requirements - the bottom row often request 20 or more silvers - if you are out of silvers then it just fill with whatever players you have available when you hit autofill (the used in other conditions players)
If you are going to auto-fill exchanges then always check every aspect before hitting accept to make sure it doesn't take players you want to keep.
You can try raising a customer service ticket for missing content, but expect that they will tell you that you selected them in exchanges and pressed confirm.
