@cbd8hzqvypx1 Hi mate - your Mascherano get consumed when you rank up a player - 1 for grey to green, 1 more to blue, 2 more to purple, 5 more to red, 10 more to orange.

If you are missing a player, generally I recommend restarting your game and confirming if you see the player anywhere.

If not, you will want to reach out to our support to take a further look.

I am also facing URP(91ovr) exchange glitch; it took my fodder, gave animation but still the urps were not in my inventory. My account name: sewy_madrid07

@0sk5l90wtgxc If you have missing pack rewards please contact customer service via the in game settings menu and tell them you have “missing pack rewards” … do not mention the word bug, just missing rewards on your account!

4 Macherano I needed 5 for my player, I pressed it because I had 4 and it continued, my player did not rise, 4 Macherano was also wasted.
