Hi EA Team,

 

After the recent FC Mobile update, my game is extremely slow and refuses to load matches like Head to Head or Division Rivals. It says “resources not downloaded” even though I downloaded everything and it shows 100%.

 

I have already tried clearing cache, switching networks, redownloading resources, and even doing a clean reinstall. Nothing works.

 

Please assist — I am unable to play the game at all.

    Hey oxxjsxnakq0l​ can you try testing your account using a different device? If you decide to uninstall the game and your account is linked, please make sure to download it again while connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network. Also, ensure that you have enough free space on your device.
