I contacted them but they said to post it here and ur saying to talk to them, im getting kinda mad what kinda game is this its very easy thing just check ur game and give me my reward or refund my money and gem..
- @932223725 Here you can maybe get help for bugs. If you write to customer support and note a bug you'll get forwarded here. If you note missing content they should check the logs.
Since you're kinda mad, you can check other posts on AHQ by yourself. Players already reported the same thing and got some answers but no solution.- @932223725 Not EA. Just a player. Scroll through the posts and you'll se there is no EA staff here to solve anything.
The issue you're facing is the pack resets daily. If you opened it in 2 days it doesn't guarantee anything
