@932223725 Here you can maybe get help for bugs. If you write to customer support and note a bug you'll get forwarded here. If you note missing content they should check the logs.

The issue you're facing is the pack resets daily. If you opened it in 2 days it doesn't guarantee anything- 2 years ago
I am experiencing the same issue as those above; the Winter Sale Box is not a pack that resets daily like other Winter Wildcard packs, you get 8 for the whole event and each reward is supposed to be exclusive of each other but this has not been the case for many.

It doesn't reset daily. This pack was for 7 days. I got dudeks, bronzes and silvers from 8 packs (8k FC points). Unbelievable daylight robery
