@jakerobbo_51 Customer support can assist with generic account issues - this appears to be an intermittent bug that has not impacted everyone who opened the pack - the dev team is aware and is looking into it, but given that it has been Christmas/New Year period where the dev team resides they have not been at full capacity.
I expect that it will be addressed in the coming weeks, but if it is in intermittent bug, rather than one that impacted everyone who opened the pack, then it will take them a little bit of time to investigate.
