So for over 3 weeks this issue has not been dealt with and some people are non the wiser as to what's going on, I purchased all 8 packs to be able to receive the 92-95 rated player (worthless players now) and never got that player. I've contacted EA on here, on customer service, I've complained, on twitter, theyve had my user I'd, sent all the screenshots of their misleading promo and yet still nothing , the most I've heard is 'it's being investigated' but is it?! This should be a quick fix given theyve had my user ID and over 3 weeks to deal with it. I'm genuinely appalled. Customer service tell you to come here then EA help tell you to speak to customer service? Eh? I've played fifa mobile for 6 years and spent hard earned money on the game and can tell you I've never encountered a problem like this before, any problems I did have EA used to deal with it swiftly, what's gone wrong lately? Sort this out, its turning out to be an actual joke now, should not be having to chase these things up. What ever happened to compensation that we used to get for these certain problems? Do the right thing and sort it out

Can someone from EA message me so we can get this sorted, you just know this will drag on for ages or nothing will be done. I would appreciate if someone who works for EA can get in contact with me to deal with this issue. Just make life easier and sort it out please I've literally ran out of patience now.
- Sanyosa2 years agoSeasoned Ace@jakerobbo_51 The probpem is they've outsourced the development and have no control. Their customer support and CM's don't even play the game to understand what you complain about. Only help you get are volonteers that have no influence and are heroes for spending their time for free in attempt to help us.
