Worrying thing about this is actual money has been spent and they are taking advantage, can I go about claiming a refund? Or do I keep coming here to type pointless paragraphs for EA to ignore. I've complained, I've emailed EA, I've spoke 2 customer service for over 3 weeks(useless) what the hell you meant to do?! Sort it out or either sort people out a refund, these are bugs from your end so stop making us suffer

Now ea is giving 91 vini for free, this simple issue still not resolved, makes me feel like a clown to spent real money on this game, literally considering using my remaining 18k fc points and delet this game.
I'm thinking the same I've played this game for 6 years and never encountered anything like this, the way they deal with it is appalling. They actually used to deal with things quickly when you had any problems, now theyve made it near impossible to get in contact with them. Waste of money and effort and they could not care less. I think they hope we forget about it, feeling so mugged off right now. False advertising at its finest. I await someone with some decency to sort it out.
This is not a complicate issue, feeling they simply don't care, either this is the lowest priority, or they hope ppl to forget.
@Sanyosa you say they dont well why do customer service send us here then? They tell us to come here, customer service are useless they send you loads of automated messages which are nothing to do with the issue, the most you get out of them is they tell you to write it on here and according to you I contact customer services? What the hell am I meant to do then about money I've spent and not recieved the item. So theres no one to help? Just mugging people of tbh and I womt let it go believe me, it's not fair to do this to people hard earned money for this is not right at all and you know it
- @jakerobbo_51 That is the main issue. You keep veing forwarded between 2 sides and none of them are even trying to solve your issue. Only generic messages or ignoring us completely. You've seen for yourself. Only Mendozza (not EA employee) replied to anything about this issue.
Only luck for keeping us "old players" is that we have FC points stacked. We're playing in hope something good will come. I would delete this game a long time ago if I had no FC points but that investment (that has piled up through years of playing) is something I'm not willing to throw away. So basically they said 'none of the items are guaranteed' we have the proof that says otherwise. So they are basically claiming that we are liars. Theres people here with the same issue, I've seen people on twitter with the same issue nakata for example. I'm not taking this at all. My own money spent to be ripped off and not recieve the items that I intentionally bought them packs for.
they said me the same thing (none of the items are guaranteed),I don't know if they really don't understand how this pack works or if they are just pretending to be confused.

This is the response I've finally got so hopefully it will be dealt with soon. I will Keep coming back to check on any updates if any and will post anything I hear from them
This is the same reply they’ve given me like 2 weeks ago. They have closed the case since then and nothing has happened. I have all screenshots of their advertisement and it clearly is worded as 8 rewards, can’t get same one twice and limit of 8 purchases. Problem is their system isn’t capable to going through everyone’s account to verify whether or not people got what was advertised. Another EA short cut to save money, no real network oversight. No wonder so many people are using mods to exploit the game, EA is incapable.
we spent money and time on this offer. It costs EA nothing to digitally compensate for their own mistake, but they won’t.
Theyve made it near impossible to be able to get in touch with them, I genuinely believe they hope we just forget about it. I'm not going to forget especially as I've used my own money, they want me to spend more they need to sort the issue out, theyve fully mugged us off here
It's been a month, my grandmom could learn database and solve this issue, but EA cannot, haha.

It's been over a month and a half still absolute radio silence from EA about this. I spent my own money on this I expect better from these guys. They're genuinely useless. Ide advice anyone with this issue to claim a refund and if they will not give you a refund post it all over the socials to see exactly what this company are like. A company this size taking your money and not giving you the stated reward is absolutely scandalous. I dont give a damn how much the player will be worth now but I've spent really money and expect a company like this to deal with it. I'm actually fuming at these EA guys now, theyve had more than enough time to sort this out!
