This is the response I've finally got so hopefully it will be dealt with soon. I will Keep coming back to check on any updates if any and will post anything I hear from them
This is the same reply they’ve given me like 2 weeks ago. They have closed the case since then and nothing has happened. I have all screenshots of their advertisement and it clearly is worded as 8 rewards, can’t get same one twice and limit of 8 purchases. Problem is their system isn’t capable to going through everyone’s account to verify whether or not people got what was advertised. Another EA short cut to save money, no real network oversight. No wonder so many people are using mods to exploit the game, EA is incapable.
we spent money and time on this offer. It costs EA nothing to digitally compensate for their own mistake, but they won’t.
Theyve made it near impossible to be able to get in touch with them, I genuinely believe they hope we just forget about it. I'm not going to forget especially as I've used my own money, they want me to spend more they need to sort the issue out, theyve fully mugged us off here
It's been a month, my grandmom could learn database and solve this issue, but EA cannot, haha.

It's been over a month and a half still absolute radio silence from EA about this. I spent my own money on this I expect better from these guys. They're genuinely useless. Ide advice anyone with this issue to claim a refund and if they will not give you a refund post it all over the socials to see exactly what this company are like. A company this size taking your money and not giving you the stated reward is absolutely scandalous. I dont give a damn how much the player will be worth now but I've spent really money and expect a company like this to deal with it. I'm actually fuming at these EA guys now, theyve had more than enough time to sort this out!
