Theyve made it near impossible to be able to get in touch with them, I genuinely believe they hope we just forget about it. I'm not going to forget especially as I've used my own money, they want me to spend more they need to sort the issue out, theyve fully mugged us off here
It's been a month, my grandmom could learn database and solve this issue, but EA cannot, haha.

It's been over a month and a half still absolute radio silence from EA about this. I spent my own money on this I expect better from these guys. They're genuinely useless. Ide advice anyone with this issue to claim a refund and if they will not give you a refund post it all over the socials to see exactly what this company are like. A company this size taking your money and not giving you the stated reward is absolutely scandalous. I dont give a damn how much the player will be worth now but I've spent really money and expect a company like this to deal with it. I'm actually fuming at these EA guys now, theyve had more than enough time to sort this out!
