Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue regarding the Weekly League Period rewards in FC Mobile. Usually, I receive around 10,000 Gems as part of the Weekly League Period rewards. However, I have not received the Gems for this week, even though many other players have already received theirs.

Issue: Missing Weekly League Period Gem Reward (~10,000 Gems)

Kindly look into my account history and resolve this issue so that I can receive my eligible Gem rewards.
