@hkurt22 On mine it was above the daily tasks that you have highlighted and it disappeared after I completed it and claimed it.

That said, if you have missing content then contact customer service through the in game settings menu and tell them that you have “missing content and can they please check your game logs” … do not mention the word bug, as soon as you do they send you here.
