I still cant login my account please help!

Yesterday Fc mobile had problem with ios system devices, and after that bug i entered my account and i seen that my account had disappeared, and its opened account which started as 0 lvl please help me to bring back my account!

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Yesterday Fc mobile had problem with ios system devices, and after that bug i entered my account and i seen that my account had disappeared, and its opened account which started as 0 lvl please help me to bring back my account!
