Re: Matchmaking Issues in Division Rivals After the Update

 

My account is stuck on the 100% loading screen whenever I try to play Division Rivals. This issue started immediately after the latest game update.

I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including:

  • Clearing the game cache
  • Clearing the game data
  • Uninstalling and reinstalling the game
  • Using a different device

Unfortunately, the problem persists and I am still unable to start Division Rivals matches.

Since the issue remains even after changing devices, I believe it may be related to my account rather than my device or game installation.

    This was reported some time ago. The solution found by one of the forum users was to go to your locker room, default your logo, kit, banners, etc. Restart the game and set up your locker room again. Give it a try.
