My storage player missing

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
What's your device's make and model? Xiomi T12
What's your device's firmware? ..
What is your game version? 20.1.01
In what game mode did the bug occur? Store
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What happens when the bug occurs? My storage player disappear when i change player..
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 8am - 9am

Why my storage player disappear when i change player.. please solve this issue.. Do you know how much i want to get that player. I have taken the right steps. now only the main team remains. Please help me

    @8f8zbj0z3s74 the exchange has two rows - the two criteria on the bottom row require 40 players - if you autofilled then it will randomly select players from your storage that meet the criteria.

    @8f8zbj0z3s74 I’m just a volunteer, so can’t do anything like that … you could contact customer service, but they will just tell you that you filled the exchange and confirmed it, so they can’t help you
