No referee and operating system issues

The referee is extremely biased towards the system team, and allows the system to push, shove, knock down, and offside at will, and even the data is unreasonable. I have checked the maximum speed of some gold cards, and they are not as fast as my toty's 105 Nico Williams, Jaap Stam, but the system players break through all players at super high speed. Of course, the ball control is even more unreasonable. In today's team of the season chapter, the system player tripped himself, and the referee directly sent my defense and midfield main cdm off with two yellow cards and one red card. In the end, the system unfairly equalized the game. I knocked it down, but it was outside the penalty area, so the referee awarded a penalty kick. When our team is attacking, there is always someone blocking the shooting path. On the other hand, the system players all run and stop as needed. We human players cannot control 11 people at a time. The system would get stuck without moving, and the ball would suddenly and strangely reach the opponent's feet when you were just one kick away from scoring, especially in the final moment. I complained to the customer service, but they showed me the evidence and pretended to be helpless, saying that I was unlucky. This is an insult to my professionalism as a football player. I ask the official to take a serious look at their people and compensate for all the losses.
