we've seen some mentions that reinstalling the game fixes the issue of not being able to see any ads.
Would you be able to give that a shot?

I've cleared my cache several times, restarted my phone and reinstalled the game 5 times and still have the issue

It works ! Reinstall the app to have the ads... My goodness, this game is worse and worse ...
It worked for once and then it is greyed out again after reinstalling the game
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and if hasn't worked. I've got another account on a different android device with a different data provider and the ads are working fine on there.
I've fixed mine
I reinstalled the game again, still didn't have ads
Clucked the grey ads about 5 times and it gave me an ad and now I have all the ads
