Payment deducted, purchase missing

Purchased a pack, EA FC 60. Fifa Mobile app. Payment deducted, but items not received.

    I've already attached every relevant proof in ea fc mobile help section. Do I need to attach here seperately again? If so it would require some time to arrange them all again.
