Player exchange bug ea fc mobile toty event

I was doing an exchange where I put players like 4 85 rashford cards and an 89 park ji sung and lewandowski and other players and I couldn't make the exchange I put all of the players that were needed for the exchange I thought it's a bug and I restarted the game and got into the same exchange again suddenly all of my players I put in the exchange disappeared can you help me and give them back to me ? I wish you respond as fast as you could and fix this🙏 thank you.

And that's a prove that I can't make an exchange but in another one .
