Player Miguel Borja from event is causing freezes

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:iOS
What's your device's make and model? iPhone 15 pro
What's your device's firmware? Ios
What is your game version? Fc mobile
In what game mode did the bug occur? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Game freezes
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 9:00 pm

When trying to swap players in my club game crashes

    RESOLVED - Accepting As Solution For Visibility Purposes

    Hey Everyone, 

    The games team has made some changes, I wanted to check if anyone running into freezes can grab the latest updates and confirm if this still occurs for them with player Miguel Borja.

    What's your device's make and model? Samsung Galaxy s10+
    What's your device's firmware? Android version 12
    What is your game version? Fc 24 mobile
    In what game mode did the bug occur? My Team
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    What happens when the bug occurs? When trying to upgrade my club, rank up, training, player details, the new loading screen freezes on the black and green background. There are no navi or home buttons to go back and I have to restart the game. Cant upgrade team at all. Tried to restart phone, clear up disk space and reduce grahics but still crashes everytime.
    What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Since one week

     When trying to upgrade my club, rank up, training, player details, the new loading screen freezes on the black and green background.     @066gxp4lfcjq Got the same issue and was reading the forums.. seems like the player Borja from Copa America causes issues.. I just bundled him for an exchange and voila issue resolved!

    @Kinat92 Hi, buddy. Thanks for your help! Now my game normally works again after swapping the same player for another two Euro players.

    What happens when the bug occurs? Team/player can’t be view or edited. The screens freezes!
    What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Since yesterday

    @BlackCobra24712 Remove Borja from the semi final line OVR from your lineups as that may help - if not, then use them in an exchange - the team is working on the issue, but there does seem to a persistent bug with the card
