players disappeared

Bro the same thing happened to me I lost 3 Players which had 90+OVR, I connected to in game customer support but they didn't seem to give any proper reply, so I came here sand saw like many others are also facing the same issue, but this people are not giving any compensation also.

@Vansh603 there is no bug that is making players disappear

If you use the autofill for training or exchanges it just takes whatever is available - if that is a 90 OVR player for a 70+ exchange requirement then you just have to deal with it - always select individual players for training and exchange, then you will never lose a player that you don’t want to lose.

Or if you use autofill check which players it has autofilled

My player Cole with ovr 87 is also missing, it is really a bad experience. I do nothing it just gone, could you please help me figure it out

I sold a player and it said sold but when I wanted to collect coins it said error 

When it loaded again he was just there coins not added and it says order cannot be cancelled everytime I want to resell

I had the same problem but they just disappeared I don’t use fc mobile I was playing a rivals game logged of for an hour after losing then logged on and my toty nominees disappeared I had Harry Kane and Bernardo Silva please someone help

Contact customer service via the in game settings menu - tell them you have rewards not received - DO NOT mention the word bug
