Re: High ping and Lag issues

The game currently has several issues, such as high ping during Head-to-Head matches, bugs that prevent us from playing Ranked mode, and errors that appear when purchasing certain packs. Please fix these problems, EA. Also, if you want players to feel satisfied after these fixes, we hope you can provide fair compensation like last season. If the compensation is only around 10/5 shards, many players will feel very disappointed. We truly appreciate all of your hard work, EA. Please respect the community and do your best — we will always stand with you.
