Problem :[Error 30000]

I encountered a problem when I wanted to join a league, and the game showed me a notification saying [Error 30000]

Hello EA Support,

 

I’m currently experiencing a league-related issue in FC Mobile. Every time I try to access my league, I receive this error message:

 

"You are not a member of this League. [200013]"

 

I am unable to quit the league, access league features, or claim league rewards. I have already tried clearing cache, clearing data, reinstalling the game, and switching networks — nothing has worked.

 

Please remove my account from the league manually.

 

My details:

EA ID: 4ho70fgq0m2i

Platform: Android

Time Zone: GMT +1 (West Africa Time- Nigeria)
