Re: Unable to Exchange Players for Shards – Players Still Shown as In Lineup

Hello EA Support,

Since the FC Mobile 27 3rd Anniversary update, I have a bug with the Signings/Shards exchange.

Kovačić, Haaland and Hernández are not in my lineup anymore. I even replaced all the players in my team with bronze players, but the game still says that these players are in my squad and does not allow me to exchange them for Shards.

I have already tried:

Removing the players from my team

Replacing my entire lineup with bronze players

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game

The problem is still there.

I have attached screenshots showing the issue and my UID.

Please investigate this issue on my account and help me fix it.
