Dear EA,
I purchased starpass from you today. You mentioned that it could take up to 24 hours between the purchase and the credit. My question is, if the purchase is credited tomorrow, will I still receive today's rewards? Because the starpass expires today, and I would feel somewhat cheated by this situation.
Furthermore, it's quite frustrating that nobody seems to care about what's happening. I'm paying for something I don't receive, and I don't even get proper information about the situation. I have to talk to a chatbot that can't provide any help. It's a complete joke.
I genuinely don't understand why, if you know about the error, you don't fix it. Why should I spend hours trying to get what I paid for or get a refund? Please resolve this as soon as possible, as you're on the verge of losing me as a customer. If you cared, you would have already resolved it.
