@EA_Solaire I've tried everything, including in-game chat. No one is helping; everyone is just deflecting responsibility and ignoring my problem.
Here are the facts: I paid for something I didn't receive, so I've been ripped off. And now I have to chase my money for days.
I've submitted all the data, screenshots, and information, but nothing has happened since then.
EA support is terrible, no matter what anyone says.
The problem is, you can't even guarantee that if I buy it again, I won't have the same issue. So why should I trust you?
