Re: 200 Drafts Vouchers bug main thread

I am contacting you regarding a major issue that recently occurred on EA Sports FC Mobile.

A quest released during the night (around 3–4 AM) mistakenly rewarded approximately 200 Draft Tickets instead of the intended 200 progression points. Since Draft Tickets have a very high value and allow players to obtain top-tier rewards, this created a significant imbalance between players.

Most of the player base was not online at that time and therefore could not benefit from this error, while others were able to immediately use these tickets to gain a massive advantage.

In a game that is already heavily progression- and purchase-based, this kind of incident further increases the gap between players and negatively impacts overall fairness.

I kindly ask you to take appropriate measures to restore balance, such as:

- removing the rewards obtained through this error, or

- granting equivalent compensation to all players.

Without a meaningful correction, this situation risks discouraging a large part of the community, especially free-to-play players.
