I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding a recent issue in EA Sports FC Mobile that has significantly impacted the fairness and balance of the game.

It has come to the attention of many players that, due to a technical glitch, a large number of users received approximately 200 draft vouchers for free. Unfortunately, many other players, including myself, did not receive these rewards. This has created a noticeable imbalance within the game, where some players have gained a significant advantage without any effort or investment, while others have been left at a disadvantage through no fault of their own.

This situation is understandably frustrating for many dedicated players. The imbalance caused by this issue affects progression, competition, and the overall fairness of the game. I kindly request that your team thoroughly investigate this issue and take appropriate corrective action. Considering that some players reportedly received around 200 draft vouchers, a similar compensation for those who missed out would help restore balance and trust within the community.
