Today I've collected some players for exchange in extra time section but it shows no players for exchange

I too have this issue , i have lots of players around 104-112 base ovr and its still not showing , this is the only way to get Extra time tokens , also why is the rate of the preimier league tag so high i have like 14 of them breh. -_-.
