You gotta love it…. EA obviously knew about this problem from last week but couldn’t get its act together enough to either prevent it from happening again or to warn us ahead of time that it would re-occur and assure us that compensation would have to be delivered after the fact.
And then the kicker is they apparently have no one working on weekends to field the onslaught of reports and simply reassure folks that they’ll be made whole. The level of incompetence (combined with a lack of pride in the product) continually amazes (and frustrates) me. Long gone is the company that set an industry standard. These days they just phone it in, with glitches and bugs occurring literally every week. I can’t imagine what the culture inside this company must be.
As always, I would be delighted for EA to make me eat my words by upping their game, but it hardly seems likely at this point.

This sums it up perfectly. The bug has already been reported multiple times including by myself & yet it's reoccurring with no warning & no response. The lack of communication is honestly worse than the bug itself. Players are investing time into game only to find out afterward that progress doesn't count again. That shouldn't be acceptable at this point...

Also, when everyone creates their own posts about the same problem, it isn't helping anyone. In fact, it stops players with other issues from getting help/advice. So move the conversation where it should be.
