By purchasing the card for 500 shards and exchanging it back for 1,500, thousands of exploiters easily generated between 100,000 to over 1 million free shards in just a few hours.
Patching the store loop does not fix the damage done to the community. With the Ballon d'Or event days away and the OVR ceiling rising to 124, these exploiters now hold an insurmountable resource advantage. They can instantly claim top-tier rewards, completely alienating honest players who follow the rules. To make matters worse, many fair players are now reporting that their legitimate, pre-existing shards completely vanished after your emergency hotfix.
To restore balance and trust, the community demands:
• Global Compensation: Meaningful rewards for all players who did not abuse the exploit so we can stay competitive.
• Account Consequences: Strict rollbacks or the removal of all illegally gained shards and assets from exploiter accounts.
• Shard Restoration Bug Fix: An immediate fix to restore legitimate shards that disappeared from innocent player accounts after the patch.
