Re: Malen Bug Ruined Game

On October 15, 2026, I experienced an issue during the Malen Star Shards glitch.

When I tried to open the pack, my screen froze and returned to the Milan screen. By the time I checked again, Malen's price had changed from 500 to 6,000 Star Shards.

My balance remained at 11,059 shards, but I did not receive Malen or benefit from the exchange glitch.

I am a free-to-play player who spends a lot of time grinding and saving shards for my dream players. Some players gained hundreds of thousands of shards from this issue, while others missed the opportunity through no fault of their own.

I kindly request that EA investigate this incident and consider fair compensation for affected players.

Please review what happened and let the community know whether compensation will be provided.
