Re: Matchmaking Issues in Division Rivals After the Update

Hello,

Since the latest FC Mobile update, I cannot play any match mode on my main account. H2H, VS Attack, Manager Mode and Events all get stuck on the “Loading Resources” screen and never load into the match.

I have already tried:

  • Reinstalling the game multiple times
  • Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data
  • Restarting my device
  • Completely resetting my phone

Nothing fixed the issue.

I tested another FC Mobile account on the same device, and it works perfectly. Only my main account is affected, which makes me believe this is an account-related issue.

Please investigate my account and help resolve this problem.
