I am extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled.My FIFA Mobile account has been suspended for several days without a clear timeline or resolution. Despite following all instructions and waiting patiently, I have received no meaningful update—only requests to wait.Because of this poor experience and lack of transparency, I have deleted the game permanently and I am no longer interested in recovering or using this account.I believe this situation could have been handled in a much more professional and respectful way toward players’ time and effort.Please consider this message as an expression of my dissatisfaction with your support process.No further action is required from my side.
