Subject: URGENT: Account Locked from Joining League [Error 10000] – Session Rewards at Risk

To the EA Support Team,

​I am writing to request an immediate manual reset or fix for my account's League status. I am currently receiving Error 10000 whenever I try to join or accept an invite to a league.

The Emergency:

Today is Thursday, the end of the current session. Because of this error, I am unable to join a league to claim my Session Tokens and Gems. These rewards will expire soon, and I have worked hard all season to earn them.

Explanation:

I sincerely apologize for the frequent joining and leaving of leagues. I honestly did not know that doing this would trigger a security lock on my account. I was simply trying to find an active league to play in. Had I known about the "cooldown" or "waiting period" policy, I would never have done it.

  • Error Code: Unknown Error [10000]
  • Troubleshooting Done: I have already cleared my cache, restarted my device, and tried joining through direct invites, but nothing works.

Desired Outcome:

Please remove the temporary lock on my account so I can join a league before the session ends today. If the session expires before this is fixed, I kindly request that my missing League Tokens and Gems be manually credited to my inbox as compensation for this technical lock.
