I got banned for nothing. After participating a head to head match with another player, I got banned.

Hi 07c8gckzfbob,
The ban may not be related to the head-to-head match, but we wouldn't be able to know from the EA Forums. You'll need our Terms of Service team. I've shared steps and pinned them to the top of this thread, along with more information on how to appeal a ban if you believe the rules weren't broken. Please review these and follow the instructions to have your ban reviewed.
