I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the continued suspension of my game account and to request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
Immediately after receiving the suspension notice, I contacted your support team to seek clarification and guidance. Since then, I have communicated with multiple support agents, followed all instructions provided, and fully cooperated throughout the process. Despite this, more than a week has passed, and my account remains suspended without a clear explanation or final decision.
As a result, I have missed several important in-game events, limited-time activities, and rewards that cannot be recovered. This has significantly affected my gaming experience and has been very disappointing as an active and dedicated player.
I was also informed that I must wait an additional 10 days for further review, without a clear timeline or assurance regarding the outcome. This lack of transparent and consistent communication has left me feeling discouraged and worried about the possibility of my account being permanently banned.
I fully understand that investigations require time; however, given my full cooperation, I kindly request that my case be reviewed with priority. I respectfully ask for your help in restoring my account as soon as possible, or at least providing a clear update on its status.
