@3a9ff05c0fd0a195 You didn't lose anything. It is supposed to refresh every 2 days. There was a text that says that at the start of the event - one ticket every 2 days.

- @Sanyosa Ah, okay, however I am not happy about it. I was in daily constant communication with the customer service since last Friday(?) but they did not told me this. Thank you for the answer.
