Redemption Site Error - EA Account Not Linked

Hello! My FC Mobile 27 account appears to be linked to both my EA Account and Google Play, and both show a green confirmation icon in the game. However, when I try to redeem codes on the official FC Mobile redemption website, I receive a message saying that my EA Account is not linked to an FC Mobile account.

I have already tried signing in with Google, using my EA Account email and password, and accessing the website in an incognito browser, but the issue persists.

Could you please check the link between my EA Account and my FC Mobile team and help me fix this issue without losing my progress, players, coins, or account data?

    Hi there! This usually means that the email address you are using to log into the redemption website is different from the one linked to your game. Please double-check your login details, and if you have multiple EA accounts or email addresses, try logging in with those instead.
