Description:
"Every time I start any game mode, the game fails to download required assets and displays 'RESOURCE DOWNLOAD ERROR [0x000003E8]'. I have already tried clearing the cache, freeing up local storage, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile networks, changing DNS, and reinstalling the game, but the issue persists. Please find the attached screenshot showing the error and my User ID."
