Retro Stars Unable to Claim All Clear Reward Stoichkov

Product: EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Platform:iOS
What's your device's make and model? Iphone 15
What's your device's firmware? IOS 17.6.1
What is your game version? 22.0.03
In what game mode did the bug occur? Live Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Retro Stars event, completed all levels including h2h matches, but cannot claim 99 ovr stoichkov all-clear reward or the retro quests all 4 levels clear reward.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 07:08PM EST

Have tried restarting and updating but not solved yet.

    Hey everyone,

    Thanks for the patience while we were checking into this further!

    This should now be resolved with Stoichkov available to claim for those eligible.

    Please restart and take another look next time you get a chance to hop back in-game, thanks!

    Me too , where is my reward Stoichov. Completing all game and challenges but reward can’t claimed

    I am facing the same bug and can’t receive the rewards after finishing all 4 levels and everything

    This has happened to me I have played all the 4 levels and the  1 on 1 game but I can't unlock the 99 player and can't finish the quest!! I have played the fourth level and it still is saying that you have to unlock what??

    @mendozzamagic Looks like stoichkov is available now. What about all-clear reward.that is still locked?

    PS are there any vacancies in the ea communication team;o)
