@Zhulhaq If you have completed all of the intro quests and matches, then contact customer service via the in game settings menu and tell them that your account still has the intro flag on it despite completing all of the quests - they should be able to assist

@mendozzamagic Yes, I have Completed all of the intro quest, Cause I'm an old player since the beginning of the season.. I just re-downloaded this game.. Then how do I report to Customer service in the game?..and Thank you for your help
